Radar is a partner of Broadridge in Australia, having worked with them in the Australian market for many years.

Broadridge’s clients include numerous global and Australian custody banks. On behalf of these banks, Broadridge notifies their investor clients about upcoming shareholder meetings and collects their voting decisions through Broadridge’s voting platform - Meeting Dashboard.

Radar can access this voting data and coupled with unique analysis based on our detailed understanding of beneficial ownership provide important and timely insights to clients and their corporate advisers.

Importantly, Radar can gain early visibility on institutional voting activity prior to these votes being submitted to the company’s registry for final tabulation.  This can be extremely valuable for closely contested Schemes of Arrangement and proxy battles or for contentious AGM resolutions such as executive remuneration.  The ability to get early insights into voting patterns allows remedial action to be considered before it’s too late.
